All of our products are carefully handcrafted, and we require time to prepare them before shipping.

Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer to process due to the unique, handmade nature of the items. Processing time for custom orders can range from 3-5 day depending on the complexity of the piece. Please refer to individual product descriptions for estimated processing times.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information to help you monitor the delivery.

If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

If an item is returned to us due to import restrictions or failure to pay customs fees, we will be unable to refund the shipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend the package.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
Incase of placing any complaint against damage or defective opening video is complusory without any pause or cut else we can’t help with refund or exchange
10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to failure to accept the delivery, incorrect address, or non-payment of customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. In this case, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, a refund may be issued for the item, but the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
